About Me

Leadership experience built inside complex marketing organisations, ensuring transformation and execution happen at scale, across teams and capabilities.

I’ve held senior regional and global leadership roles across major agency networks including WPP, IPG, and Omnicom, and have also set up and led in-house brand studios, including at Coconuts Media. I’ve worked with established brands such as Coca-Cola, Unilever, SK-II, P&G, and Visa across London and Singapore.

I’ve led end-to-end marketing transformation in multi-market environments, integrating capabilities while bringing clarity to teams and delivering results for clients. This work has balanced creative ambition with commercial reality and has been grounded in a people-first approach, building strong teams and trusted client relationships through clear direction and genuine partnership.

My work has included presenting at Cannes, helping bring home major creative recognition including Singapore’s first Innovation Cannes Lion, and contributing to the WPP and The Coca-Cola Company's partnership recognised as Campaign’s Agency-Marketer Partnership of the Year.

I help organisations bring fragmented marketing capabilities together into a clear, scalable way of working that supports growth. This includes clarifying ownership and putting practical operating models in place that keep audience and culture front and centre, without losing sight of operational realities.
